Get Your Life Together Starter Kit

Have you ever felt like you need to get your life together but just don’t know where to start?

Do you feel like life is getting the best of you?

Are you not able to bring your A-game to everything you do?

Good news…

…I created a little starter kit that puts a positive spin on the snarky little expression of “Get your shi*t together” we all hear from time to time.

(and maybe have received it as a suggestion…gasp!)

This starter kit contains 4 go-to concepts you can embrace when you feel like you need a little boost…

…I’ll tell you more about the 4 concepts in a minute.

My book SOAR speaks about all four of these concepts. I’m super excited to tell you that my book is now available in paperback, audio book, and kindle. Purchase your copy here, and let’s get your journey underway.

At last, here’s is an overview of four key concepts that my starter kit dives into:

1. Self-Love

“The relationship you have with yourself sets the tone for every aspect of your human experience.” – Excerpt from SOAR

If you really want to take off and SOAR, you’ve got to get yourself to a point where you’re your biggest fan. Get yourself to a point where you feel amazing, inside and out. My book SOAR presents self-love as a lifestyle that prioritizes nourishing your mind, body, and spirit.

Here’s a little excerpt:

“Self-love is about taking care of all aspects of you, including physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. It’s about making sure you are honoring your personal needs and desires and feeling balanced and whole first, before taking care of others. Self-love is not selfish, it’s necessary.”

Body nourishing includes eating healthy, exercising, getting adequate sleep, drinking water, taking epsom salt baths, getting regular massages, and spending time in the sauna.

Mind nourishing includes engaging in positive self talk, saying daily affirmations, adopting a growth-based mindset, having boundaries, and sky-high standards.

Spirit nourishing includes journaling, spending time in nature, breathwork, meditation, yoga, finding your tribe.

Self-love is an all-encompassing term that calls us to honor ourselves. Self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, self-compassion, self-expression, self-empowerment, and self-worth are a few ways that we can value ourselves and step into our greatness.

2. Happiness

A happy life is created by our thoughts. It’s created by a succession of happy moments.

So many people go through life chasing an image of happiness (no judgments…it’s conditioning!), that they miss out on the moments along the way, and never find happiness. We wait for the pieces of our life to be arranged such a way, and then expect that happiness will soon follow.

It actually works the other way around. We need to first find a way to be happy, and then our external world will respond to that.

Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction promises that we get what we focus on. We get more of what we think about. Our thoughts have a vibration and attract other similar thoughts and experiences, so if we want to attract happiness, we must first embody it.

Each moment presents a choice. We can either accept whatever emotion comes to us, or we can strive for happiness, strive for joy, and strive for appreciation.

Begin the practice of making your emotions a conscious choice. In each moment, ask yourself how you can choose happiness?

I realize life isn’t all butterflies and rainbows, and we will experience unwanted and unexpected emotions from time to time. We must honor them as they occur, but the key is to move through them by allowing them to fuel our growth.

If you find yourself not being able to find happiness on a consistent basis, that’s your cue to dig deeper. Sometimes we are living in situations that are not authentic to who we are. When this is the case, we can make the choice to step into our authentic reality, so that happiness can be realized on a continual basis.

In SOAR, I share my reflections on the concept of authenticity:

I realized that to me it means…

  • Living a life where you feel free to stand in your truth with confidence and grace.
  • Aligning your thoughts, actions and beliefs to be congruent with your truth.
  • Taking off the mask that society makes us feel like we need to wear to feel accepted and loved.
  • Living without secrets means living a life that is free of judgement.
  • Living a life where you’re doing things your way.
  • A life that embraces your light and your dark.
  • A life that embodies the essence of who you are at the deepest core of your being.
  • Living a life that is unstifled by any external factors such as societal conditioning or others’ expectations, and free from any internal blocks such as fear or doubt.

Tapping into our intuition is the gateway to authenticity and happiness.

3. Intuition

We are so conditioned to rely on logic and reason, but those are matters of the mind. One key ingredient is often overlooked – our intuition.

How many times have you experienced a “pull” one way, but chose to go the other, only to find yourself regretting the decision? That “pull” you felt was your intuition.

This is how our souls speak to us. They don’t use earthly language, they use feelings. We already have our answers deep within, and the secret to accessing them is to silence our minds and take the journey into our hearts.

Here’s an excerpt from SOAR:

“Intuition, inner voice, gut, heart…I use these words interchangeably to represent the pull that we feel when we are faced with a decision. Natural instinct more often than not leads us to the right answer. It’s often hard to put into words because it’s a feeling, and the language of the soul can’t easily be translated into Earthly language.”

“I’ve found that the easiest way to tune into what our souls are trying to communicate to us is to pay close attention to how the dynamics of a particular situation are unfolding, as well as how the dynamics make us feel. Does it feel like you’re trying to fit a square peg in a round hole, unnatural and choppy? Forced? Stressful? Or conversely, does it have a fluid, natural, organic feel? The key question to ask yourself regularly is, “Am I forcing this or is it flowing?”

Start tuning into your intuition by setting aside time to connect with yourself every day. Go for a walk outside. Meditate. Have a cup of tea and journal. Distance yourself from distractions and technology. Ask yourself “What is my soul trying to tell me?

4. Transformation

Spiritual transformation is a lifestyle rooted in the commitment to connect to your Higher Self.

Every moment throughout the day presents the opportunity to either expand or contract. Aim for high vibrational states of being, such as happiness, joy, forgiveness, connection, truth, peace, and love. When we do this, we hold ourselves in the realm of expansion, which is exactly where we want to be.

All of SOAR’s content is presented with one objective in mind…spiritual transformation. In almost 400 pages of real, raw, authentic material, I am certain you will find plenty of information to fuel your personal growth.
